Prologis is seeking a hardworking Program and Data Manager to join our Operational Excellence team to partner and collaborate with business leaders delivering concurrent projects utilizing project management and data analytics tools and techniques. Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead the complete life cycle of operational excellence projects, including scope development, planning, execution, risk management, and closeout to ensure planned results are achieved on time.
  • Communicate with business partners to define and implement initiatives, champion collaboration, clarify expectations, and provide constructive issues management resulting in timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Create project deliverable s including initiation documents, risk management logs, and complete project plans, communication plans, deployment plans, test plans, training plans, support documents and status reports.
  • Develop timelines, track progress, provide status reports for multiple projects and sprint iterations applying project management standard methodologies to plan, prioritize and execute work.
  • Maintain project action item list and follow up with owners to ensure closure and progress on items and provide clear and meaningful communication to partners and decision makers.
  • Create and work with structured and unstructured data sets with the ability to create, understand, and interpret business analytics
  • Apply advanced data analytic principles, concepts, methods, standards, and practices to translate business requirements, multiple data sets, KPIs, and other data points into relevant dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions
  • Create dashboards and reports that tell a compelling story conveying insightful information for C-Suite decision makers
  • Presents as a storyteller with the acumen of an analyst, dives deep on approach and details to deliver clear, concise messaging
  • Able to flex between strategic and tactical aspects of project leadership while never losing sight of the bigger picture and identify potential risks and issues.
  • Able to see over the project landscape and ask the right questions with the ability to translate ideas and needs into tangible actions with measurable results.
  • Articulate issues to business partners in an understandable and meaningful way; Coordinate continuous improvement events and meetings; Develop organizational communications, including memos and PowerPoint presentations.

Essential Skills, Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • PMP or PgMP certification preferred with minimum two years handling and implementing global projects utilizing Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience leading complex projects across value streams in a Lean organization preferred.
  • Proficient using Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Visio, Office Professional and SharePoint tools to lead business requirements, processes and data at multiple levels of detail.
  • Top tier MS Excel skills
  • Data visualization experience with advanced analytical skills
  • Experience in process modeling preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and written communication skills, including the ability to present and engage with senior management
  • Self-starter – ability to creatively tackle new situations and analyses without heavy direction
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Execute responsibilities with a sense of urgency and follow-through
  • Demonstrated abilities to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines with efficiency and accuracy
  • Show tact, discretion, confidentiality and good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters and documentation
  • Demonstrates growth mentality, flexibility and adaptability to change.
