    • Provide technical expertise and/or input on high-level solutions
    • Assist in QA/reviewing deliverables prepared by the team before sharing with the end-users

    • AI, RPA, and ML roadmaps
  • Play a supporting role in planning/prioritization of Salesforce and Business Systems team's work

In this role you will collaborate closely with: Shannon Corocran, Dave Wiseman, Sean McKeever, John Romer, Mark Seifert, Jamie Douglas, as well as other various Guild teams.

You are a strong fit for this role if you have:

  • Experience working in an agile environment within a highly matrixed organization
  • Self-starter with a high degree of motivation to learn and go above and beyond
  • Ability to execute quickly with high attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Comfort presenting to and interacting with internal senior leaders with the ability to win over strong personalities and reconcile competing points of view through data-driven storytelling
  • Experience working for both startups and established organizations a plus
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills
  • A drive to work hard and plan for how you can refresh/recharge while working in a startup

How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?

We're incredibly cross functional and believe heavily in developing and cultivating strong relationships not only with our external partners, but internally across and within departments as well. How has your career grown since starting at the company?

Since my humble beginning as a Guild Intern, I have had opportunities afforded to me that stretch me in ways that align with my values and push me to be a little uncomfortable while still having welcome support. I’m now in a position where I get to learn first-hand from experts that I don’t believe I was qualified for before working at Guild.

Paco

What kinds of technical challenges do you and your team face?

My team works on ensuring that new users can find what they need and engage with our platform easily. Many of the technical challenges we face involve scaling the early-stage version of Guild’s app into something more flexible for our next growth phase. We deal with the difficult (but fascinating!) tradeoffs of these decisions every day.
