Program Coordinator - Employee Capability/Digital Learning
The Digital Learning team is seeking to hire a Program Coordinator who will work closely with the Sales Learning Solutions Manager to organize Arrow’s Global Sales Development programs. This role involves monitoring program plans, budgets and expenditures, scheduling meetings and events, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings and ensuring that program deadlines are met in a timely manner.
The responsibilities of this role are broad, interacting with vendors, training participants and Program stakeholders at all leadership levels within the organization. Success in this role requires you to be a proactive learner, have strong professional communication skills, be highly organized and deadline driven and be comfortable working with data in order to identify opportunities for process improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supports sales skill development /training programs by providing the Sales Learning Solutions Manager with relevant resource tools, training, and communication materials
- Tracks Program tasks and ensures that they are being accomplished on time with measurable quality
- Assists in measuring program results by creating reports of each component of the program
- Stay up to date with employee development trends
- Participates in the ongoing review and improvement of all sales skills training programs, including developing program experience related surveys
- Works with manager and vendors to develop and maintain all program collateral
- Coordinates with vendors and stakeholders during event planning
- Manages and oversees events on the day of, including problem-solving, on-boarding new participants, directing event set-up, and communicating with internal and external partners
- Builds and tracks a training program budget to avoid program overruns
What We Are Looking For
- Required competency in Microsoft Program and other MS applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Proven project management skills
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Growth mindset: Always learning, demonstrates curiosity, and seeks to grow in role
- Highly organized and detail and deadline driven, ability to work on Programs with competing deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills: Takes a broad perspective to problems, spots new, less obvious solutions
- 4-year degree
- 1-year work experience in at least one of the following areas: sales, marketing, business operations (or at least has demonstrated these capabilities in prior experiences).
- Technology sales experience preferred
