RingCentral is looking for a Professional Services Senior Manager who will lead a team of Project Managers responsible for a world-class delivery of our product to our customers. This is an opportunity to help lead and evolve a critical function within the Professional Services organization for a recognized leader in global cloud communications.
Responsibilities:
- Key leader of the Professional Services leadership team managing a team of Project/Program managers, responsible for the development, growth and day to day leadership of the team.
- Develop, maintain and adhere to a standardized delivery methodology that will be applied to projects of all sizes across the RingCentral customer base.
- Accurate and timely reporting of project updates and KPI's for inclusion for roll-up of PS wide updates in executive briefings.
- Accurate forecasting, tracking and execution of Project sign off dates to drive revenue in Professional Services
- Work cross-functionally with the wider RingCentral organization supporting a diverse team to deliver successful customer outcomes
Expertise
- Minimum 7+ years leading customer-facing organizations such as professional services or support
- Proven track record of implementation of scalable, enterprise programs and processes
