The NPI Product Operations Leader will be responsible for running a very smooth new product introduction process by aligning cross-functional teams. 

This includes managing the release from concept definition to the launch by thinking through all aspects of the release and how it impacts customers. This role requires an exceptional capacity for cross functional interaction and leadership. The NPI Program Manager will work with a cross functional team to maintain & enforce a release checklist, execute a detailed plan, track progress against these plans, and ensure new products are brought to market on time with quality. The ultimate goal is to roll out a smooth product release that improves customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with engineering release management to plan the release rollout to the customer

  • Manage all release components that include web backend, clients, VDI, and Platform

  • Document release process

  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and enforce a release checklist

  • Develop a project plan & track progress across cross-functional teams

  • Plan customer Beta

  • Plan customer communications

  • Communicate with executives on the status of the release

  • Create release dashboard for greater transparency within product & GTM organizations

  • Coordinate with engineering on production rollout

  • Evolve NPI process to a perfection, and measure success

Requirements:

  • B.S. in Engineering, M.S or MBA preferred but not required

  • 8+ Years Program Management experience in a high tech industry

  • Experience in mix of engineering and Project Management fields

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Experience working with Tools like Jira, Product Board, Asana etc.

  • Can communicate with technical and non-technical team members effectively

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage large teams

  • Hands on leadership experience

  • Works well under pressure and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Ability to adapt to changes quickly

  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated.

  • Strong internal drive, a bias for action, and the ability to build internal champions across the organization
