Process Improvement Manager
Ibotta is seeking a Process Improvement Manager to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado or with the option of full-time remote. Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:

- Initiate, scope, and manage process improvements projects
- Document, measure, and monitor business processes, process control metrics, and standard operating procedures as a result of improvement initiatives
- Provide direction and oversight to project teams to design and implement solutions that meet applicable business requirements
- Facilitate diverse groups of stakeholders to achieve desired business outcomes
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and manage improvement requests from the business
- Manage and advise implementation of workflow-enabled process improvements through tools including Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.
- Champion the need and benefit by using a structured approach to business process improvement
- Maintain weekly/monthly status reports to key stakeholders tracking the status of the process improvement projects
- Teach the principles of lean, six sigma, and other process improvement methods and provide training as required
- Up to 20% of your time may be spent working on other project management priorities
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience working in areas of Lean/Six Sigma Management Methodology, Value Stream Mapping facilitation, Continuous Improvement, Organizational Change Management, Project Management, and/or Business Process Mapping/Management.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or related certification preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Additional Details:
- This position is located in Denver, CO or with the option of full-time remote and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, 401k match, profit sharing and equity. Candidates must live in the United States.
- Base compensation range: $80,000-$90,000. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to base salary.
