Our Team The Alteryx Revenue Growth Office (RGO) team reports into the Office of the Chief Revenue Officer, and we are a dedicated and assigned strategic program management team who is leading Revenue Growth Transformation, focused on the most impactful strategies and initiatives that are cross-functional, accelerate revenue growth, require an aggressive pace to maintain accountability of individual workstreams, and drive progress against revenue growth KPIs. Your Impact Alteryx is expanding our Revenue Growth Office and looking for its next Director of GTM programs. Your work to drive our next strategic Revenue Growth initiatives will directly and visibly contribute to our overall strategy and success. You will work as part of the RGO and work directly with crossfunctional team members across the organization to solve complex strategy problems that are on top-of-mind for our executives, focusing primarily on initiatives that fall into four main workstreams: business model expansion, business process efficiency, sales effectiveness, and digitalization of the GTM. In this role, you will have experience aligning projects to go-to-market strategies from pre-sales through to renewals. You are able to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables.  Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define, prioritize, and develop the details of key projects that support revenue growth and can be delivered in 3 to 12 months;  Work cross-functionally to build strong relationships, define tasks, deadlines, owners and dependencies of individual projects, as well as path to professionally communicate risks and dependencies  Oversee the development of the projects and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards  Accurately document the project's creation, development, and execution as well as document the scope, budget, justification (when needed)  Develop and present high-quality recommendation and deliverables (PPT, Word, etc.) for executive level and team consumption Your Experience  8-10 years of driving cross-functional go-to-market business programs or projects in a medium to large global high-tech company  Bachelor's degree required or relevant work experience  In-depth understanding of how the go-to-market engine of a business functions, from driving leads through to customers purchasing, onboarding, using, and then renewing, through multiple RTM.  Track record of converting ideas into business impact, partnering with strategic business owners to align on outcomes  Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally  Ability to secure resources outside of reporting structure  Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, multi-task, and prioritize workload  Program Management: able to take ambiguous goals and turn them into and driving execution plans while herding distinct points of view to a common goal.  Organizational Skills: ability to juggle multiple priorities and maintain a positive attitude and team orientation,  Agility & Speed: works well under pressure, in a fast-paced, high-growth environment that is constantly changing; is critical and adjusts on the fly to new demands with a sense of urgency and prioritization.  Strong presentation skills & communication skills: with a unique ability to create a strong narrative for delivery to target audience  Operational Skills: solid understanding of using Smartsheets, Office365, SharePoint, LucidCharts, other key tools to drive projects and communication  A great sense of humor and a can-do spirit
