Partner Programs Manager

We are looking for a Partner Programs Manager with the right energy, personal drive and track record of success in implementing and driving the execution of a program strategy that supports the Channel revenue objectives.
This position involves managing the Lead Referral Partner programs, and requires a proven track record in program management, messaging/positioning and broad execution capabilities. The Partner Programs Manager is a well-rounded individual who has excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop partner programs globally, including producing program guides, setting roll out plans and defining program operations workflows
- Implement and optimize the infrastructure and business processes necessary to effectively manage a successful set of channel partners
- Develop action plans for increased sales velocity and Zoom competitive positioning in new areas of business for Zoom such as Zoom Phone and developing markets
- Consult with Partner Sales team to help identify and deliver program enhancements that will gain support in terms of execution
- Work collaboratively with geo and global cross functional teams to coordinate projects and planning, such as Partner Marketing, Partner Readiness, Channel Operations, and Legal
- Understand and learn about other vendors programs/best practices and how Zoom compares
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Strong SaaS industry experience, preferably in UCaaS and/or voice solutions
- Global expertise and mindset, with a deep understanding of various partner models
- Proven relevant industry experience with a track record of managing partners programs
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-changing, fast-paced and demanding environment
- Strong business judgment and insight, able to look at issues from multiple perspectives
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
