Job Duties and Responsibilities
What you will be doing
High-level job responsibilities:
The Partner Onboarding and Automation Lead is responsible for automating the onboarding process for all partners and suppliers. The lead will partner with the business team with a focus on process and technical solutions for onboarding into the marketplace including, implementation of automation tools, risk management technologies, and integrating into the broader marketplace solution. This role will include collaborating with other members of the Partner Management Organization, the Product and Sales teams, and the Commercial Platforms team on the strategy and roadmap of partner and supplier onboarding.
Day-to-day job responsibilities:
- System Orchestration of Onboarding New Partners and Business Models
- Leads Onboarding Automation technical strategy and implementation
- Responsible for Onboarding Automation and Contract Management Systems Design and implementation
- Accountable for partner/supplier evaluation/vetting process/automation
- Coordinates with the Contract Management Lead to include contracts within the onboarding process
- Coordinates with business partners to define, manage and refine the onboarding process
- Assists Business Development team in sales engineering around the onboarding process
- Responsible for technical relationship with partners during onboarding
- Leads final launch plans & business readiness from a technical perspective
- Communicates with Programs and Product teams around the status of enhancements, QA and UAT
- Collaborates with Contract Lead on contracts that are outside of the standard agreements
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Skills and experience
Specific qualifications:
- 10+ years experience in solution architecture, design and/or development, - experience with wholesale wireless preferred
- 5+ years managing an application development team
- 5+ years experience on or leading agile implementation teams
- 2+ years experience with automation tools including RPAs ( UiPath, Work Fusion, Blue Prism), BPMs (Appian Pegasystems), Microservices workflow engines (Camunda) and iPaaS (Mulesoft)
- 2+ year experience on a team responsible for a marketplace like tool, i.e. Mirakl, VTEX, or eCommerce solution, i.e. Adobe Magento
- Proven strength in cross-team collaboration and partner management
- Familiarity with data analytics, training and knowledge management tools
- Participation in delivery of project via the agile methodology
- Experience translating technical jargon into business terminology

Salary Range
Compensation: $99,360.00/Year - $157,665.00/Year
