Partner Engagement Manager

We are looking for a Partner Engagement Manager focused on ensuring the success of key partnerships in North America. The position will be based at our San Mateo CA HQ or in Denver CO office.
The Partner Engagement Manager role will be responsible for the enablement and technical support of revenue generating relationships within our North America partner ecosystem.
This role reports into the Strategic Channels & Alliances Manager, North America and will interface with the North American Freshworks enablement and onboarding/implementation teams and the India based Partner organization to ensure system integration partners have world class training and technical implementation support. The role will need to develop required partner relationships, have strong experience implementing Freshworks products, and have the ability to utilize their implementation experience to coach/enable new implementation partners.
You will join a nimble team and play a pivotal role in driving Freshworks growth in the US region by building these value-add and symbiotic relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with SI partner implementation resources and SI partner leadership to accelerate each partners ability to position, implement, and solution Freshworks products
Manage all aspects of SI partner enablement and implementation support in North America which includes supporting all enablement efforts, acting as non-billable technical support to SI Partners working on active projects, and tracking important success metrics
Act as a liaison between Onboarding, Enablement, and Alliances departments
Lead weekly meetings with SI partner implementation leads to track enablement progress, in-flight projects, and support needs
Qualifications
5-8 years of professional experience, ideally working with SI partners on active implementation projects or technical support
Freshworks product implementation experience is ideal
Ideally partnership management experience or an urge to learn about the space
Ability to think strategically and manage complex projects and partnerships
Detail oriented with strong project management and organizational skills, but comfortable with ambiguity and adept at solving problems creatively
Strong bias toward collaboration and ability to work effectively in a cross functional & dispersed team
Comfortable in a fast-paced, global team environment
Flexible work style and comfort with ambiguity
