The Partner Education Specialist is responsible for the ongoing maintenance, reporting, and management of partner facing education platforms and tools, including functionality, usability, and support. He/she is responsible for the Pax8 Academy Learning Management System (LMS), in collaboration with the Pax8 University team, including uploading modules, user management, LMS updates, and ongoing maintenance. The Specialist assists in internally communicating the message, benefits, and story around partner education. He/she works closely with key internal stakeholders to help identify and deliver training programs that support our business objectives. This role combines elements of program management, project management, marketing, and coordination of activities.

Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):

  • Acts as a primary LMS administrator for Pax8 Academy, in collaboration with Pax8 University team (e.g., uploading modules, user management, making updates, and ongoing maintenance)
  • Acts as the primary administrator of tools that support Partner Education and the partner learning experience (e.g., Docebo, Articulate, Rise, Ceros, Adobe, and the Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Installs and quality checks all eLearning modules before they are launched to ensure all deliverables are accurate and meet our high-quality standards; reviews all LMS course feedback and works with team to adjust as necessary
  • Organizes, processes, and delivers reporting for Pax8 Academy and corresponding Partner Education programs; works to transition from manual to automated reporting wherever possible
  • Responds to all relevant Wrike requests that come into Pax8 Academy; follows up with other team members to confirm timely and thorough responses are given to internal customers, in accordance with SLAs
  • Generates new ideas to connect Partner Education to the partner journey - enabling partners to more quickly become active and adopt multiple vendors; coordinates with marketing team on execution of new ideas
  • Ensures Pax8 Academy database is scrubbed and accurate
  • Designs and conducts a quarterly audit process to review that all LMS content is up-to-date, relevant, and accurate
  • Acts as a liaison for Partner Education in strategic sessions to share feedback and/or ideas to department leaders
  • Serves as studio coordinator and provides support for video production team in Denver on relevant Partner Education projects

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

  • At least two (2) years’ of directly relevant experience – project management, program management, marketing, or marketing operations, preferred
  • Highly organized, task/process oriented, and critical and creative thinker who enjoys working across multiple digital platforms
  • Ability to take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
  • Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives

  • Ability to learn and navigate within a high-growth and fast paced environment
  • Learning Management System (LMS) platform experience is a strong plus, but not required (we use Docebo)
  • Basic eLearning course development software experience is a strong plus, but not required (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise 360)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Wrike preferred
  • Wordpress or Ceros experience preferred

Required Education & Certifications:

  • B.S./B.A. degree in related field; or equivalent work experience
