Job Title:

Organizational Change Manager

Company:

Prologis

Do you want to play a role in global commerce?

As an Organizational Change Manager (OCM) you will be responsible for crafting, leading, and implementing deployment and change plans for projects and initiatives focusing on our appetite for innovation. In this role, you’ll be called on to develop and execute OCM strategies and plans to support specific project implementation needs throughout our business. Working along side our Directors of Operational Excellence, you'll also ensure that the engagement, communication, and training plans you build support Prologis' strategic deployment, helping teammates connect the dots between specific initiatives and corporate strategy. We're a close-knit team but expect you to work in partnership with multiple functions across the world and build business knowledge and credibility quickly. This position can be based in Denver, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, or Atlanta.

What’s needed in order to do that:

  • Lead OCM efforts to support the implementation of critical initiatives driving technology, process, and culture changes.

  • Responsible for working with Senior Leaders, IT, and field teams to spot problems, identify change impacts, and implement sophisticated, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

  • Develop a change leadership strategy based on a situational awareness of changes and the groups impacted.

  • Identify potential people-related risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.

  • Ensure the creation of cohesive, consistent, and comprehensive communications, training materials, and standard work documentation.

  • Craft and develop training that can be scaled and delivered globally, with measurable outcomes.

  • Mentor partners and sponsors, work on initiatives independently, participate as a team member, and/or lead teams to successful project delivery and adoption.

  • Understand specific knowledge or skills gaps and develop and implement corrective actions on adoption gaps.

Tell us if you're ready.

  • 7+ years of practical work experience in a Technology, Real Estate, or Global company.

  • 4+ years of organizational change, learning, organization design, communication, and/or talent management experience.

  • History of mentoring and inspiring others to use organizational change, and/or learning methodologies at multiple levels in the organization.

  • Consistent track record developing, measuring, and demonstrating adoption of data centric and change metrics.

  • Experience structuring change leadership approach and methodology for the people-side of change.

  • Experience leading change in a lean transformation environment, including familiarity with concepts such as Strategic Deployment, Lean Operating System, and Daily Management System.
