EverCommerce is looking for an Operations Project Manager to join our Growth Engagement (GE) team. You will play a key role in driving transformational operations projects, consulting with subsidiaries to get them on our standardized technology platforms and helping them run as efficiently as possible.

You:
You are an experienced project manager with a background in technical requirements gathering and CRM implementations. You are passionate about proactively identifying business problems and solutioning appropriately updated processes and platforms to resolve them. You have a data first mentality and knack for developing actionable metrics and dashboards. You’re a skilled and organized communicator who has no problem “managing up” to various project stakeholders and driving long term projects through to completion.

Covid: The EverCommerce team will be working remotely through the end of the year.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the scheduling and organization of our Growth Engagement visits for newly acquired Subsidiaries
  • Produce and distribute the Scorecards for our templated Ops Assessments after each of our Growth Engagement visits
  • Support our Sr. Ops Strategists in outlining and kicking off Salesforce implementations and other transformational operations projects
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans for each initiative and work with Sr. Ops Strategists to deliver those to completion
  • Develop project management best practices, and frameworks for implementing and maintaining them across our portfolio of subsidiaries and subsidiary projects
  • Analyze, plan and develop requirements and best practices for new initiatives and project implementations
  • Monitor project progress continuously and deliver detailed status reports with measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables
  • Communicate proactively with all involved stakeholders to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Project Management, or other related work experience, ideally at a technology company or a consultancy
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and capable of meeting short-deadline projects daily
  • Excellent attention to detail and willingness to pitch in when necessary
  • Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Analytics, Operations, Economics, or related field
