JOB DESCRIPTION: National Director of Services, ARC Technology Solutions

LOCATION: Denver, CO

REPORTING TO: EVP & GM, ARC Technology Solutions

 

ARC is seeking an experienced leader from the SaaS professional services space to lead and manage our national team of Professional Services Project Managers as well as our Customer Success team. The Professional Services team is responsible for implementing new enterprise customers (from Fortune 100 to F1500) and the Customer Success team is responsible for renewing and growing implemented customers. This is a great opportunity to join the leadership team in a fast-growing division within a very successful public company. The ideal candidate has great communication and leadership skills, is an expert at project management and process consulting, has very solid SaaS industry experience including integrations and customizations, and has experience working with customer success teams. This is what you get to do:

  • Lead, manage and inspire the Professional Services and Customer Success Teams;
  • Ensure all new customers are successfully onboarded; Be fully responsible (i.e. “own”) the customer from contract signature to successful launch. The buck stops with you, although you can and should collaborate with other ARC resources to ensure successful launches;
  • Ensure all existing customers are well-supported and we are renewing and growing those accounts;
  • Hire, train and motivate your team to improve their productivity and performance, and deliver results;
  • Be an expert on all assigned ARC products and services;
  • Become an expert on the industry;
  • Represent the company professionally and positively with all prospects, customers, partners & employees;
  • Be entrepreneurial. Identify new ways to succeed and drive growth;
  • Manage the details well. Stay on top of all implementations and all customers. Use Salesforce CRM to its fullest extent.

 

To help you succeed, you will need:

  • B.S./B.A. degree
  • 8+ years of professional services experience working with software products and enterprise customers;
  • 5+ years of SaaS experience
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent project management and process mapping skills
  • High energy, fun, positive, great attention to detail
  • Comfortable with significant travel nationwide
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM
