The Senior Implementations Specialist understands the underlying mechanisms between customer need and technical implementation of our products and services. He/she is able to translate those needs to our development teams efficiently in order to achieve a seamless and intuitive experience for the client. The Day-to-Day

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating the delivery of professional services solutions to customers.
• Manages the delivery of multiple project initiatives including project planning, task allocation and prioritization and delivery in-line with the client's expectations and business needs.
• Manages any changes or enhancements required to meet or exceed the expectations established in the initial project design.
• Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
• Follows training procedures in order to get new merchants active and processing on multiple terminal types.
• Troubleshoots systems, corrects download issues and handles escalated problems from representatives and merchants.
• Is analytical in the application of association rules, regulatory rule interpretation, cardholder documentation review, merchant and/or FI documentation review.

Qualifications:

• Typically requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience.
