As a Manager, Technical Project Management, you will be leading a team focused on building the future of Healthgrades’ enterprise data solutions, enabling health systems, hospitals and providers to better reach those consumers who are seeking care. You will introduce, implement, and champion best practices for managing scope, schedules, cost, issues, risks, and quality within the Technical Project Management team.

The Healthgrades enterprise data platform will enable health systems to create a holistic patient view, eliminate data silos, and improve patient experience. This enterprise platform will bring together once disparate data into a single platform, breaking down data silos and making data more useful across an entire organization. The Healthgrades data platform will also serve as the underlying data management solution for powering Healthgrades CRM and other customer experience execution systems while enabling health systems to reach beyond traditional efforts to improve and manage patient experience and patient engagement.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage and communicate project plans for comprehensive, enterprise-wide programs
  • Handle the integration and/or development and delivery of large and complex deliverables to enterprise and functional divisions
  • Ensure consistent communication and prioritization of activities between product and engineering groups
  • Establish and drive technical project management best practices and metrics across teams
  • Enable collaboration and dependency management across all programs
  • Drive delivery of engineering roadmaps and commitments to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Be a leader in communication transparency and delivery accountability across the organization
  • Build technical project management structures, processes, and templates
  • Develop and install controls related to program schedule creation and monitoring, risk identification and reduction plans, resource management, financial forecasting, management reporting, communications, and quality management

What You Will Bring:

  • 8+ years of experience managing large, complex programs across multiple functions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of Agile program management frameworks, templates, and methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to understand and present technical information to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand technologies applicable to products and solutions in order to facilitate resolution of technical needs
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, and training co-workers on policies, processes, and best practices
  • Ability to influence executives, managers, and peers to align around program goals, timelines, and success metrics
  • Strong execution abilities by identifying, evaluating, tracking and mitigating issues and risks
