We are looking to hire a Manager of Implementations to join Greenhouse!

As resident customer-facing subject matter experts, the Implementation Strategist team leads our efforts to evangelize Greenhouse as a platform for organizational change, and not just a set of features. Setting the bar for customer happiness, the team is passionate about delivering the best possible service to help our customers transform the way they hire. We’re talking real transformation: introducing significant process change that requires involvement from everyone in their organization.

Implementation Strategists are a key piece of the Customer Success strategy, providing expert guidance and support to ensure successful implementation, rollout, and adoption of Greenhouse’s solution. With a high bar set as well as the ambitious goal of improving as we grow, we are now looking for a leader to run our team of Implementation Strategists in our SMB and Mid-Market segments. You will ensure the larger goal of meaningful product adoption and functionality, high customer happiness, and having customers who are enthusiastic to grow with Greenhouse.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage a collaborative team of implementation strategists, leading hiring, onboarding, and training efforts as needed
  • Guide your team’s account strategy and identify areas for improvement, enhancing efficiency and balance in workload
  • Optimize project plans to ensure implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet expectations
  • Partner with other internal leaders to ensure a cohesive customer experience
  • Utilize data to track progress and take action on critical metrics
  • Assist with documenting team processes and standard methodologies
  • Expertly resolve advanced customer issues, seizing such opportunities to help team members learn and grow

You should have:

  • Experience in account management and implementation, preferably for a SaaS product
  • Experience managing a customer-focused team
  • Superior customer service skills - the ability to be empathetic, responsive, and solutions-focused
  • Exceptional written and verbal presentation skills
  • Experience in recruiting and hiring, a plus
