Manager, Implementation Services
Reporting to the Director, Solution Delivery Operations, this role is responsible for managing assigned implementation projects for a defined portfolio of GHX solutions. The Manager – Solution Delivery will leverage agile techniques with their assigned team to ensure high quality implementations are delivered to GHX customers through all assigned projects.Coordinates cross-functional projects and assumes a leadership role in shaping priorities, setting and tracking schedules, driving issue resolution, and ensuring service level agreements are achieved. Will develop project objectives and plans, as well as work with the Client and Sales organization to manage priorities and expectations. Requires strong project management skills, a strong technical knowledge in software implementation, direct experience in leading the software implementation lifecycle, and a proven experience managing key customer relationships and project details. Principal duties and responsibilities:
- Oversees processes in support of implementation activities.
- Works in conjunction with project managers to establish project and task priorities that are within the capability of their team and delivers revenue targets within their assigned solution vertical.
- Develops strategies to streamline the implementation process. Maintains best practices for implementation.
- Develops benchmarks and metrics to drive implementation standards across diverse portfolios of projects.
- Works as a liaison, and interfaces with Implementation, Product Management, Sales and all Technology teams to ensure that proper scope, resource pools and key dependencies are being defined and managed.
- Serves as an escalation point for implementations projects assigned to their team with the goal to achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Ensures customers receive value and are positioned to achieve a high degree of utilization from GHX products and services.
- Demonstrates an ability to lead, mentor, and coach delivery team members throughout the project life cycle. Holds team members accountable to commitments and drives ever improved performance by leveraging agile based philosophies and techniques.
- Directs and coordinates activities for project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule. May directly manage and supervise more junior project management, implementation, integration and development staff members. Ensures project managers are kept informed as to the progress of tasks within their team.
- Has strong command of technology utilized in the healthcare supply chain space and drivers for use of that technology.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM related area or equivalent 4 year degree with requisite experience.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a technology role with deep knowledge of software development and/or associated implementation processes.
- Proficiency in the use of standard Microsoft desktop applications including MS Project or equivalent project management scheduling solution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an agile environment leveraging Kanban, scrum or other related technique.
- Familiarity with cloud technology and methods of interfacing computer systems cloud-to-cloud.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies rapidly.
- Knowledge of the role of a product manager and an ability to define product enhancements to improve the implementation process.
Estimated salary range: $75,000 - $100,000The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX's total compensation package for employees.
