Job Description

Boulder/Denver Metro Area, Colorado (Relocation Provided)


We're looking for a Manager of Customer Implementation to help us deliver timely and delightful onboarding and implementation experiences at scale. You’ll be responsible for designing the onboarding and implementation processes, putting those processes into play, building out a rockstar team, and helping our customers hands-on to ensure they achieve success. Collaborating across the sales, success, product, and marketing teams, you’ll bring proactive at-scale implementation processes to our customers, and help deliver VIP customer experiences as we move up market.


As the first hire in this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the organization in meaningful ways and play a pivotal role in reducing customer churn and scaling our business. Come be on the ground floor of implementing a brand new team!

At Bonusly, you’ll…

  • Hire, onboard, and develop a high-functioning team that exceeds goals and drives business value
  • Design and implement, in collaboration with the Success and Education teams, a robust process for onboarding customers and implementing Bonusly solutions with a focus on scalable, tech-touch solutions
  • Measure and communicate the success of your team’s initiatives and activities, holding your team accountable to achieving their KPI goals
  • Quickly iterate based on your learnings in order to improve our processes and resources 
  • Act as a hands-on, consultative onboarding manager to guide our largest customers from contract signature to fully-functioning through operational set up and launch. 
  • Drive our customers to launch in a timely manner to accelerate time to first value, ensuring that they are positioned for success post-launch
  • Partner with our Sales team to ensure a smooth transition into onboarding and implementation, and with the Success team to ensure a smooth transition into steady-state and optimization 
  • Relay feedback internally to the appropriate stakeholders

💯You should apply if you…..

  • Have 3+ years of experience in a customer facing environment
  • Have 2+ years of people management experience
  • Have worked in Customer Implementation at a SaaS company
  • Are very organized and meticulous
  • Are an excellent communicator and work well remotely (we have teams in Boulder, Seattle, and NYC)
  • Are able to track trends and data to help improve customer success and identify areas of efficiency improvement
  • Are curious and eager to question assumptions, and then take initiative to find creative solutions

Compensation

  • Target Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
  • Target Equity Range: 0.05% - 0.10%

Location

Bonusly is a both a remote and hybrid workplace, we hire in all 50 states and for employees based in Colorado, access to our Boulder, CO office. Our Boulder HQ is located in the WeWork at Canyon + 28th, with restaurants, shops, and a bus stop in front of the building
