IT Project Manager

Opportunity
LogRhythm is looking for an IT Project Manager to join our Information Technology team at our headquarters in Boulder, CO. This position will manage all IT projects, guide the team’s agile transformation, and acting as a catalyst for change and process improvement for our information technology. This role will excel in a project management capacity along with significant business analyst, resource management, process and policy definition, deployment demands and agile transformation while acting as a catalyst for change to address aggressively evolving business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire project lifecycle including project planning, gathering and documenting internal customer requirements, establishing business value, ROI estimates, resource allocation, budget management, project timelines and deliverables, implementation documentation, risk management and proactive at-risk task escalation, client and team management, timely project updates and report outs, project and budget closure, expressing realized ROI
- Ability to manage multiple enterprise-wide software, information, infrastructure and implementation projects and portfolios as well as multiple vendor and internal customer relationships
- Able to draft, prioritize and gain consensus from multiple stakeholders on Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) that articulate and foresee details of use case scenarios
- Work with the Information Technology teams to ensure requirements are sufficient to enable technical design, development, and testing
- Define workflows for user experience and author Technical Specifications Documents to meet the business requirements
- Management of a diverse and demanding stakeholder group ranging from business users to executive leadership
Qualifications:
- A team player that can foster the best out of his/her teammates with exceptional oral and written communication skills
- 5+ years of infrastructure, operations and collaboration related project management and agile transformation experience in a high tech environment
- Demonstrated experience successfully defining and leading projects, employing diplomacy and strategic thought leadership in order to effectively resolve challenges and lead teams to derive solutions
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical, organizational and prioritization skills with close attention to detail
- BS/BA Degree and PMP/ACP Certification preferred
