The growth of Zoom in the collaboration market has attracted many developers and partners that want to build their business and applications on top of and into Zoom. The ISV Partner Program team is looking to grow our integrator/marketplace partner program and are looking for energetic and creative people whose sole mission in life is accelerating Zoom to its next chapter in growth.
The ideal candidate for our ISV Integrator team has the energy, competitive spirit, personal drive and track record of success in recruiting and developing ISV Partners. With over 1,000 apps in our Marketplace and the launch of Zoom Apps and Zoom Phone, the Zoom platform is poised for tremendous growth and we need a seasoned professional to engage with these prospects and partners and develop a path to mutual success. This position involves analysis of Zoom’s current ecosystem partners, determining new markets and verticals to target, engaging with select partners for enablement and joint selling activities with our direct and indirect sales teams.
Responsibilities:
Build and develop a team of business development and partner manager professionals
Engage and onboard strategic/select partners into the the ISV Partner Program
Manage a portfolio of partners with executive engagements, quarterly business reviews and outbound marketing events
Evaluate Zoom’s core offers and proactively seek partners that complement and enhance Zoom
Educate potential partners on developer assets and tools to integrate their solution with Zoom
Work directly with Zoom account teams to educate and promote joint solutions with ISV partners documenting wins and value throughout the process
Work across Zoom stakeholders in product, sales and marketing to develop strategies and execute GTM readiness and unique offer
Requirements:
3+ years working with SaaS/Integrators/Developers in SaaS/cloud and/or video conferencing and building ecosystem partner programs
Track record building SaaS partnerships
Background in UCaaS, Software, CRM or software development
Technical background with APIs/SDKs a plus
Comfortable with the uncomfortable
Experience with executive level engagements and communication
Experience with complex negotiations and organizations
