Position Description
The purpose of this role is to support, improve, and maintain multiple functions for the Critical Infrastructure and Operations team. This role assists with the team's day to day workload, providing efficient processes and improving data tracking. The main responsibilities are vendor management, invoice tracking, data integrity and process management. The function of vendor management includes escort scheduling, preventative maintenance management, and contract support. Team invoicing covers purchase request creation, invoice payment tracking, and vendor support. Data integrity includes leading bulk uploads, updating and maintaining team records, and providing reports and dashboards. This role will be to support process flows for the team that include preventative maintenance inspection scheduling, creating process documents for team functions, and maintaining the flowcharts for the team.
Responsibilities

- Little to No Travel requirements
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge on all Microsoft applications as in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SalesForce.
- Good communication skills to work with contractors and internal customers.
- Time management and organizational skills are a must.
- Must have a college degree or equivalent work experience
