International eCommerce Program Manager

Zoom Video Communications is hiring an International eCommerce Program Manager to assist with eCommerce solutions for zoom.us, including all stages of the purchasing and upgrade funnels, as well as testing and personalization campaigns. We’re looking for a resourceful team member with experience and a willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the eCommerce Manager and the broader marketing, legal, engineering, product and leadership teams to create user-friendly flows that drive company growth.
Responsibilities:
- Defining business requirements, communicating changes, answering questions and troubleshooting purchasing issues with internal stakeholders
Auditing and managing the pricing page and purchase funnel in its 12 localized languages
Working closely with in-market and native speakers to define localized variations of the purchase flow
Support language and currency expansion for our online purchase flow
Analyzing funnel, click-tracking, and heatmap data to inform and drive initiatives from an international perspective
Updating and managing site cookies (compliance, cookies, disclaimers and localization as needed)
Working with stakeholders to develop go-to-market materials internationally
Owning localized user messaging experience, from notifications to upsell and error copy
Assist with numerous campaigns and initiatives that drive revenue and company growth
Help to brainstorm and design creative optimization campaigns and personalized web experiences for eCommerce
Understand and work within existing visual guidelines to create compelling, elegant and brand-centric end-to-end user flows and interactions
Work with designers to create designs that help market and promote products and features, helping to visually communicate our product offerings and benefits
Understand new product offerings and business priorities, then contribute creative solutions to test and optimize for leads and revenue
Experience in eCommerce and best practices, willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on new trends
Updating and creating project documentation as needed
Requirements:
⁃ Four year related degree and 3+ years eCommerce experience
- Strong project and program management experience, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple high visibility projects in a given quarter
⁃ Expert at championing the customer experience in an international eCommerce realm and working as a liaison between business stakeholders and engineering
⁃ Extensive experience with checkout funnels, purchase flows, writing technical requirements
- Extensive experience working with localization teams and global markets
⁃ Detail-oriented and passionate about optimizing purchase funnels for the best user experience
- Collaborative, organized, multi-tasker who is receptive to feedback and compromise
- Experience creating customer-centric flows that meet KPIs (conversion rates, click through rates) and refining to meet goals
⁃ Strong conceptual, problem solving and time-management skills; a broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of solutions
⁃ Understand design, business and web development requirements
⁃ Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
⁃ Experience in high tech, SaaS, agile is a plus
