Here’s what you'll do day-to-day:
- Create and implement a Mobility Support business strategy that emphasizes experience and process efficiency.
- Manage end-to-end programs, focused on candidate experience and retention through building personalized search strategies, and coaching Gusties through the selection of and application to relevant, open positions.
- Serve as the Gusto’s ongoing internal candidate advocate - staying in touch with them, helping them to sustain momentum, and clearing any obstacles that they may encounter, hand-in-hand with the Invite team.
- Draw insights from analytics to make our people processes simpler, smarter and seamless.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience with program management in the People space
- Experience designing and implementing process and program solutions
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- Understanding of hiring processes and HR strategy
- Ability to partner with cross-functional teams
- Prior recruiting experience
- Experience working in a rapid growth, ever-changing startup environment
- Expertise focused on coaching and/or advising, with effective consulting skills and a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member
