Integration and Results - Delivery Lead

Position Description
Seeking a talented, results-oriented Project Manager and Analyst to join Zayo’s Finance & Strategy organization to support facilitation of key strategic initiatives, with emphasis on M&A Integration. Reports to the Head of Integration and Results-Delivery. The role will have real impact and enjoy great visibility into many of Zayo’s key efforts and interaction with senior management across the company.
Responsibilities
Supporting the effective management, reporting, and overall success of Results-Delivery initiatives (i.e. M&A integration and de-integration, strategic initiatives)
Maintain an effective communication flow with cross-functional teams to ensure all parties perform as a cohesive unit. Act as a business advocate across multiple integration workstreams while minimizing company exposure and risk.
Create and distribute integration project plans, milestone charts and recurring status updates as appropriate.
Proactively identify and communicate areas where critical project deadlines may be in jeopardy and help develop contingency plans to ensure company commitments are met.
Act as a “pinch hitter” when needed to support data loads into Salesforce, with a team-first mentality towards hitting project deadlines.
Develop mechanisms in which to monitor and record both financial and non-financial KPIs as measurements of overall integration success.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant area(s), preferred.
At least 5+ years of business experience, with significant experience managing or supporting large cross-functional groups.
Strong project management experience, with a track record of success delivering measurable results, ideally from teams managed through influence as opposed to direct reporting relationships.
Solid understanding of business financial concepts (EBITDA, Capital payback, IRR, etc.), three- statement Accounting structure, and forecasting. Validating, tracking, and reporting cost synergies, as well as generating variance commentary vs. plan will be a core responsibility.
Ability to translate acquired company financial, customer, and operational reporting data into the Zayo standard. Establish interim reference tables which enable consistent pre and post-close reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, while also being well organized, analytical, and have the ability to develop solutions for complex business problems.
Well-versed in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google docs and Salesforce required.
Experience with OneStream, Oracle Financials, and Microsoft Project, a plus.
Prior acquisition integration experience, a big plus.
Base pay range: $90,000 -$105,000/annually commensurate with experience
