The Role:

As a member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for onboarding new enterprise-level customers to Iterable’s omni-channel marketing automation platform. You will build relationships with the key stakeholders for each new customer with the goal of providing a seamless implementation process and exceptional customer service along the way. The role is ideal for an individual who possesses very strong communication skills and experience navigating through the IT infrastructure of enterprise organizations. This is a critical role at Iterable. We have had very few customer losses and we intend to keep it that way. Keeping customers happy and productive is core to our mission and this begins with a smooth onboarding and implementation process.

Position Details:

  • Lead enterprise implementations and 3rd party integrations for Iterable’s enterprise level clients
  • Coordinate internal resources, customer resources, and third parties/vendors for the smooth execution of implementation
  • Develop detailed implementation tools (e.g., requirements gathering templates, Project Plans and customer facing materials)
  • Proactively identify changes we can make to our application to make our customers' lives easier
  • Successfully and effectively manage simultaneous, diverse implementation projects on schedule, within budget and with high customer satisfaction
  • Define consistent implementation methodology and templates
  • Conduct discovery consulting sessions to understand business requirements for project planning, design, resourcing, logistics, and project execution
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic initiatives for ensuring customer retention and expansion
  • Partner with the Sales team and assist in project pre-qualification and scoping to ensure that high quality deals are sold that will lead to customer success

The Ideal Candidate Will Be/Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years experience leading software implementations for enterprise customers
  • Deep experience in delivering complex solutions at the enterprise level
  • Experience implementing software that manages complex processes for all types of end-users
  • Strong experience with APIs, data feeds, 3rd party integration technologies, SQL, AWS and HTML, CSS, or Javascript
  • Experience conducting in-person presentations to executives (C-suite & VP level)
  • Take ownership of the customer’s success throughout the life of the implementation project
  • Experience in developing strategies for customers
  • Proactive about anticipating and addressing issues before they arise
  • Experience architecting solutions, integrations, and system communications
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to deliver on multiple projects at a time
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills
  • Passionate about startups and working in a fast paced environment
  • Extraordinary Customer Service acumen and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Desire to teach new customers about the platform
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time
  • Must be located in Denver

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in the marketing automation or email marketing space
  • Familiarity with technologies like Angular, Scala, and HandleBar.js

Location

Our Denver office sits in the Central Business District, just North of the Cap Hill area. Our building has a Starbucks and a Wells Fargo, and we are very close to some great coffee, lunch and happy hour spots! We are just one block away from RTD and Civic Center Station.
