Implementation Manager
· Responsible for overall program design, planning, and execution of delivery requirements
· Creation and utilization of project plan, risk identification, and program documentation
· Effectively hosts weekly project calls & discovery workshops with onboarding clients
· Develop and execute strategies to achieve workable customer solutions in line with company goals
· Ensure KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are on target and effectively communicated to all levels of the organization
· Leads operational customer escalation and remediation plans
· Management of internal and external project expectation and communications
· Program customization scoping, documentation, and tracking
· Ensures testing of application functionality alongside Technical Implementation Specialist
· Successful departmental coordination of customer implementation and ongoing platform upgrade efforts
· Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
· Performing quality control on the project throughout development maintaining brightfin delivery standards
Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study (Technical) or equivalent work experience
• Mixed experience as QA/TBA
• Knowledge and experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models, Agile methodologies, methodologies is highly valued
• ServiceNow experience a plus
• Strong analytical and problem skills
• Excel: experienced user that able to manipulate data effectively
• Team player, motivated to develop and solve complex tasks
• Positive attitude and professional manner in all interactions; demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to assemble, coordinate, and manage project communication at all organizational levels
• Ability to quickly adjust to change in a fast-paced work environment
• Self-motivated, self-disciplined and result-oriented
