Arryved Inc. is a Boulder-based company specializing in Point-of-Service for craft breweries, restaurants and other craft destinations. We operate in hundreds of establishments across the country, with many of the top craft breweries using our platform. About You

We want someone as passionate about service as we are, and equally as passionate about working with a team that is building a product that our customers are excited about. We are looking to hire a Fulfillment/Warehouse Specialist.

Arryved is looking for a team member to ensure our customers receive needed hardware and to support shipping and RMA logistics.  Obsessed with organization and love process improvement? Talented at troubleshooting mobile hardware or have experience providing technical support?  Enjoy juggling the logistics of shipping and receiving? Expectations

• Setting up and installing hardware for customers

• Coordinating shipping and inventory tracking

• Managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware

• Assisting with equipment ordering, adding to inventory, and monthly inventory reporting

• Preparing shipment documentation for accounting

• Supporting customer hardware installs  

• Assisting with RMA processes

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Researching alternative solutions for problems as they appear

• Working to consistently improve and streamline hardware processes

• Creating guides and documentation for users

• Communicating technical details to users in layman’s terms

• Keeping up to date on new hardware offerings

• Create a consistent customer experience using repeatable tools and processes

• Maintain detailed and accurate records that the team can refer back to when needed.  

• Communicate clearly with various internal teams as needed

• Able to embrace new responsibilities

Nice to Have

• Experience with shipping logistics or inventory management

• Experience troubleshooting hardware issues

• Experience with Google Apps 

• Experience analyzing data with Google Sheets or Excel 

• Experience with various Point of Sales

• Experience with Apple OS

Details

• Salary is based on actual qualifications and experience:

Fulfillment/Warehouse Specialist III            $43,700 - 48,600

• Benefits Include Healthcare, Dental, Vision, 401k (plus match), PTO, Parental leave, Disability & Basic Life, Volunteer Day and 13 paid holidays

• This is an in-person position in our Boulder, CO office.

• This is a salary/non-exempt position.
