Four Winds interactive is seeking to fill the position of a Field Services Project Manager. The Field Services Project Manager will be tasked to provide critical coordination of on-site technician resources from start to finish. This role will also serve as a contact for onsite technicians to provide technical and logistical support throughout the completion of our onsite techs scope.

 

The compensation package will be aligned to each candidate’s experience and qualifications. All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • 3rd Party technician deployment scheduling
    • Manage the FWI field service tech deployment and installation calendar.
    • Work directly with third party vendors to schedule and secure onsite tech resources.
    • Promptly update work orders as to the progress of each tech scheduling.
    • Prior to each tech deployment date, obtain and distribute PO’s for our third-party installation venders for each tech deployment.
  • Internal Communication
    • Update work orders as well as inform in a timely matter all parties concerned for each tech deployment, inform all parties of critical developments and status changes as they occur.
    • Ensure the FWI field services team is 100% in sync with the rest in sync with our clients and the FWI community.
  • Process development
    • Work with the proper FWI departments and resources to continue to improve current processes or develop new processes that will automate or better our FWI field services workflow.
    • Development, monitoring and reporting of KPI's Root cause analysis, metrics, and reporting for The Field Services Department.
  • Receivables and Documentation
    • Maintain all FWI Field Services documentation.
    • Ensure all third party install vender’s receivables are collected and deposited into
    • Create a SOW or MOP for our onsite techs to have for each assigned tech deployment.
  • Manage assigned Tech deployments
    • Commit to being on call as the primary FWI contact for our onsite tech to work with for the duration of our tech’s deployment.
    • Provide technical support to FWI Third party techs to ensure the software and hardware perform correctly prior to or onsite service techs departure
  • The scheduling of onsite field services technician deployments in the US and Canada
  • FWI contact for onsite technicians to reach Field Services at any time that our third-party technicians need support, check in and check out.
  • Improve process for, the collection and posting of third party receivables, maintaining an updated field services calendar, acquisition of third party installer POs, real time Internal updates and technician deployment closeout through FWI work orders
  • Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
  • Coordinate field technicians and provide technical support for all on site installation, repair and maintenance
  • Other assigned duties.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Required Skills

  • Flexibility of work hours to accommodate deployments in different time zones and work case load.
  • Demonstrated and quantifiable technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to process information and complete tasks in a highly expedited fashion.
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving and critical analysis skills
  • Experience in the development of operational procedures and processes.
  • Basic computer operating systems knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Desired Skills Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Basic knowledge or interaction with Salesforce.
  • Microsoft office suite proficient
  • 1+ years of experience in a tech support or like environment
  • General construction knowledge.
  • Experience with Remote Support tools—Logmein.com, Gotomeeting and RMM tools.
  • Experience with Networking
