Job Description

We are seeking an energized and talented Enterprise Websites Project Manager to work alongside our amazing team who is dedicated to both active lifestyles and to helping small businesses flourish. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct customer interviews to gather all requirements needed to build a new website
  • Develop tracking process to ensure websites are completed and launched within a set time frame
  • Work collaboratively with UX Designer, content writers and Drupal/WordPress Developers
  • Present completed websites to customers
  • Act as project manager and point of contact for customers while their website is being built
  • Serve as first layer of escalation management both internally & externally

Qualifications

  • Excellent telephone and customer service personality
  • Strong organization, time management, and planning skills
  • Experience in project management software
  • Ability to work closely and effectively with others
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work independently
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Ability to effectively and independently manage complex and/or difficult client situations
  • Bachelor’s Degree

 BONUS POINTS:

  • Experience with Photoshop
  • Passion for fitness or sports: i.e. Crossfit, Zumba, Martial Arts, or Yoga
  • Prior experience using member management software
