  • An Enterprise Solution Architect reports into the Portfolio Management organization and specializes in designing and implementing the organization’s information technology framework. This role is responsible for collaborating with organizational stakeholders to determine the organization’s goals, developing architectural artifacts like matrices and diagrams, and analyzing the viability of an organizational change relative to the technology roadmap. A successful candidate in this role will create methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage, metadata management and change control. They may determine build versus buy strategies and work with organizational stakeholders to create a holistic view of the organization’s overall strategy. The Go-To-Market Enterprise Solution Architect will be focused on the areas of Customer Relationship Management, Business Intelligence, Quoting, Ordering and Billing.

     

     

    The role is responsible for bridging the gap between business problems and technology solutions. The following is expected:

    • Create the architectural strategy by partnering with the product management groups to develop the business and architecture roadmap, providing architectural guidance to several projects.
    • Work across all architectural disciplines, including business (processes / activities / functions, information), application, data, integration, infrastructure, security and technology, and create and maintain related best practices, patterns and reference architectures.
    • Provide leadership direction and accountability for delivery of strategic architectural and business goals, and governance and oversight of delivery against the defined roadmap, architectural standards and patterns.
    • Responsible for the development and maintenance of enterprise architecture blueprints that articulate our customer’s varying business strategy, future state business and technology architecture, and multiyear execution roadmap.
    • Identify system, infrastructure and project inter dependencies by collaborating with domain architects to create and document standards and patterns that can be leveraged for future re-use, and actively seek opportunities to leverage industry solutions for new business offerings and services.

     

     

    Basic Qualifications

    • 15-20+ years’ working experience, with at least 5 years’ experience in a relevant industry
    • U.S. Citizenship

     

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Prior experience with Product Development in a complex technical environment
    • Previous experience in classified environments is a plus
    • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Sales and customer order management experience
    • Online customer interfaces, architecture and approaches
    • Ability to pursue and resolve issues independently
    • Ability to prioritize and assess impacts of issues to other resources
    • Problem solver with sound judgment and decision-making skills
    • Demonstrated attention to detail and follow-through
    • Excellent collaboration skills; high-energy attitude
    • Familiarity with software development practices and various methodologies (Scaled Agile Framework preferred: SAFe, and Waterfall experience is beneficial as well)
    • Familiarity with systems engineering and design processes
    • Demonstrated proficiency in service oriented architectures and distributed systems
