Director, Program Management

Directs and oversees the Program Management Office to ensure programs and projects meet organizational goals and requirements. Develops and implements PMO policies and processes, directs program management team, works with other department leaders to define, prioritize program initiatives, develop budgets/policies/procedures to support program initiatives related to product enhancements, new product development and customer implementations. Provides mentorship, coaching to program managers and project managers with a focus on grooming top talent to support the continued growth and scaling of the program management discipline within DCM.
Core Responsibilities:
• Lead the strategy, implementation, and maintenance of program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
• Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
• Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
• Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
• Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity
• Work closely with program managers, project sponsors, cross-functional teams, to ensure that large program initiatives for DCM are managed well
• Lead and manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
• Lead and develop budgets for key program initiatives and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
• Work with program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
• Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders, both internal and external (customers)
Core Qualifications:
• Master's degree in business administration or related field preferred
• 10 years managing operations for SaaS based solutions
• 5+ years in an advanced management role (preference given to those with program management experience)
• Previous stakeholder management experience
• Lean Six Sigma certification and experience
• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
• Passion for and experience with implementing continuous improvement principles
• Proven ability to prioritize and sequence several high-profile key product enhancements
