The Opportunity
The Director of Implementation and Adoption will be responsible for developing and curating the strategy around maximizing practice adoption of the solution, and for partnering with orthodontists and staff to ensure they are successful. This role is critical for the responsibility tactical and operational aspects related to the client experience. In collaboration with the OrthoSuccess team, this role ensures an excellent onboarding and ongoing experience for our clients. The Director will provide oversight of account managers and client support team to ensure the success of all OrthoFi programs across all markets. This role is key to shaping the future of OrthoFi. This position's strategic acumen, relationship building skills, and client prowess is critical to our acceleration. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Direct strategic efforts to maximize practice adoption of the OrthoFi platform on a national scale.
  • Creation and execution of pre-implementation assessments with consistent analysis to determine whether approach is most effective while assisting with configuration, distance training, and post implementation adoption gaps.
  • Lead the Training Development team while focusing on continuous improvement of training materials and formats.
  • Adjust strategy and tactical execution based on customer feedback and satisfaction surveys.
  • Own Training Development’s portion of OrthoFi’s success related to our NPS.
  • Consistently work towards company and department OKRs independently while continuously analyzing performance to ensure best practice adoption rate possible.
  • Provide high level knowledge of our current offerings to support overall department and act as a subject matter expert in cases where needed.
  • Understand all new modularized product offerings as they are released while collaborating with Marketing and Sales to create adoption strategy for all new offerings.


Skill Set

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-4 years of client-facing training experience for non-tangible goods such as software/service/processes strongly desired
  • Experience with remote end-user training is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact in person, by phone or email is required
  • Excellent presentation skills, professionalism, and poise is a must
  • Excellent work planning and analytical skills is a must
  • A demonstrated ability to work successfully as part of a team and assist others is strongly desired
  • Willingness to travel up to ~50% of the time when needed
  • Aptitude for building quick rapport and trust among others quickly
  • Prior startup experience desired, but not required
  • A strong desire to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment is a must
