Customer Solutions Consultant

| Greater Denver Area


Altvia is seeking a passionate candidate to deliver successful onboarding experiences for our customers. This role  will combine project management, analytical, and relationship building skills to ensure clients are delighted with our company and our products.

Altvia is a premier Salesforce.com partner that operates at the intersection of finance and technology. We deliver software solutions for Private Equity Fund Managers and Investors. Our primary product offerings include pipeline management, portfolio tracking, investor correspondence, and secure sharing of documents with external parties.

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure a  timely and successful onboarding experience to Altvia’s customers

  • Bring a deep understanding of our products to every customer interaction to encourage customer retention and growth

  • Treat every interaction with our clients as an opportunity to educate and engage them with our products.

  • Lead customer training

  • Collaborate internally with Customer Success, Product, Sales to ensure the customer voice is heard throughout the organization

  • Contribute to internal initiatives that improve process and organizational effectiveness

  • Some travel is required (1-2 times per quarter depending on client needs and sales cycle)

What you bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting, customer success, account management, technical customer support etc.

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to create high quality training materials

  • A unique combination of strong technical skills and a motivation to provide exceptional customer experiences.  (advanced excel, salesforce.com, relational databases, etc.)

  • An ambitious attitude and a desire for continuous improvement.

Bonus points for:

  • An understanding of Private Equity / Alternative Asset management

  • Salesforce.com administration experience
