The Role:
The Creative Project Manager will be responsible for the coordination of creative execution for all global marketing assets across email, social, video, digital and photography production. This person will be responsible for project planning, workflow management, and logistical coordination between marketing, creative & outside vendors. The Creative Project Manager will report to the Sr. Director of Integrated Brand Marketing while strongly supporting the creative team.
Responsibilities:
- Manages creative brief process, flow & assignment for the creative team to ensure on time delivery for creative assets
- Creates timelines, drives project management & logistical coordination between Creative, Integrated Brand Marketing & Ecommerce as well as external vendors
- Ensures all assets are properly prepared & packaged for hand off
- Drives review process of creative assets for iterative and final approval
- Manages digital asset requests from media agency & Integrated Brand team
- Coordinates casting with modeling agencies and manages consent/talent rights for photo shoots
- Reserves photo studio and rents photo gear
- Sets up for photo shoots & provides onsite support
- Manages shoot schedule & shot list
- Orders/purchases props & coordinates product samples needs for photo shoots
- Manages relationships with stylists, makeup artist, assistants, etc
- Tracks Invoices & photo budgets
Requirements:
- BS or BA in Communication, Marketing or related field.
- 3-4 years’ experience working as a Creative Producer or in Marketing with digital &/or photo production.
- Capacity to prioritize and juggle projects simultaneously in an extremely fast paced working environment with a willingness to learn
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to relate to and work with a variety of stakeholders across teams as well as work effectively independently
- Experience managing outside agencies and vendors and creating/tracking invoices and payments
