What you’ll do:

Responsible for the creation of change management plans and solutions to support Pinnacol team  members throughout organizational changes and to increase Pinnacol’s ability to be agile and adapt to  our transformation environment to drive the fulfillment of the company’s mission, vision and strategic  outcomes.

What you can expect:

  • Support the maturation of a change management methodology, tools and practices • Drive the adoption of change throughout the organization by guiding, educating and coaching  executives, leaders and employees on effective change leadership 
  • Execute change management activities to ensure consistent implementation of changes across the  organization 
  • Conduct impact analyses, identify change management approaches, create change management plans  to ensure that users feel respected, supported, informed and prepared for changes 
  • Identify and implement change management activities to prepare users, mitigate risks and increase the  adoption of business solutions 
  • Develop and maintain trusting and productive working relationships with Pinnacol team members and  leaders to promote open sharing of information and strong collaboration 
  • Document and obtain feedback from business partners and other team members on plans to support  change management activities and consistently communicate objectives, timelines and outcomes of  change activities 
  • Clearly articulate the benefits and outcomes of various change solutions to a variety of audiences in a  way that creates buy-in and engagement with the approach 
  • Work closely with project and business leadership to integrate change management strategy and plans  into other program/project tasks 
  • Provide information gathered during the change management activities to partners in the organization  who share ownership for user readiness (e.g., Human Resources, including Learning & Organizational  Development, product owners and business specialists) 
  • Create and leverage feedback mechanisms to evaluate implementation success, adoption and  sustainability of the change and develop strategies to address any identified gaps
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What you need to be successful:

Five to seven years change management experience required. Must be able to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully. Change Management certification is strongly preferred as is experiencing managing change in an Agile environment. Instructional design and delivery skills preferred. Lean Six Sigma, Certified ScrumMaster and/or other Scrum Alliance certification a plus.

When we find the right person, we try to put our best foot forward with an offer that excites you. We consider what you’d like to be paid, the skills and experience you bring, what similar jobs pay in the Denver area and make sure there’s equal pay for equal work among those you’ll be working with. The compensation amount for this role is targeted at $ 115,000.00 - $ 130,000.00. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including your experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.

If you decide to come into the office, we’re just seven miles from downtown Denver, in the heart of the Lowry neighborhood. Our office is minutes away from a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, fitness facilities and lush parks and open spaces.
