Overview:

The Certification Program Specialist will join the dynamic and creative training team to support the growth of the vibrant Alteryx Community. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Learning Strategy, you will play an integral role on the team by supporting ongoing functions of the Alteryx certification program cycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop exams across the Alteryx product suite
• Create and execute a certification exam maintained plan
• Communicate with the Product team to anticipate product changes
• Manage, develop, and maintain a product certification program lifecycle, including, but not limited to:
  
  • Measuring exam difficulty and targeted customer aptitude
  • Delivering new exam on schedule and in alignment of product releases
  • Work closely with the training to define required knowledge
  • Manage registration process
  • Improve exam distribution methodology
  • Distribute badges and certificates
  • Identify KPIs and communicate goals with key stakeholders
  • Develop reporting dashboard for program visibility and transparent
  • Create, enhance, and maintain a CMS
  • Meet with customers before or following exams
  • Own communications between customers and internal teams
  • Generate process for certification renewal

• Work closely with the Community and Training team to align Certification brand and communications
• Generate plan for on-site certification for an on-site customer certification exam

Qualifications:

• Ability to create challenging exam questions across the entire product suite of the Alteryx platform
• Strong written and oral communication for internal and customer-facing interactions
• Experience with a visualization tool for creating management dashboards
• Ability to engage collaboratively and cross functionally internally with Community, Product Development, Product Management, and Customer Success
• Experience with Alteryx Platform strongly preferred – or dedication to learn the Platform.
• Strong analytics skills preferred
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, psychology or a related field
• International/Domestic Travel may be required – less than 10%
