Job Description

 

Downtown Denver-based Company seeks a dynamic service-oriented professional who is highly-organized and understands affluent clientele from around the world. The ideal candidate has two to five years’ experience in luxury resort or real estate and asset management. They will have foundational knowledge of luxury property management, project management, service operations, process protocols, development and negotiation. The individual will work directly with the Director of Asset Operations and the operations team on special projects involving the destination staff and residences and will be responsible for managing our highly prioritized projects. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Asset Management; planning and monitoring of repair and maintenance projects, preventive maintenance projects and education of residential risk management
  • Service Delivery; create precise and consistent expectations and communication to the operations team and destination teams
  • Member satisfaction; task management of member surveys
  • Support destination emergency efforts for a 24/7 operation to proactively improve service recovery
  • Support the team with installs for destination and residential openings
  • Travel approximately 5%-10% of the year with advance or short-term notice
  • Assist in preparing budgets, sets guidelines, creates property pro formas while tracking budgets
  • Assist and oversee special projects and assignments requested or delegated by the team

Required Skills: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Project Management - Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring that all components of each task are properly presented, managed and reported.
  • Time Management – Detail oriented with strong organizational skills, able to multi-task, prioritize and consistently meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Budget Management – Must be proficient in the development and execution of large-scale budgets.
  • Software Expertise - Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Microsoft Project, Adobe, CMMS, CAD a plus.
  • Communication Skills - Must be able to communicate effectively and in a concise manner, both verbally and in writing.
  • Adaptability - Adapt to changes in the work environment; manages competing demands; changes approach or method to best fit the situation; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events, appreciates the opportunity to adjust and adapt with the high growth work environment.
  • Problem Solver – Strong problem solver who gathers and analyzes information skillfully and efficiently; works well in group problem solving situations.

Qualifications: Candidate must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Engineering, Construction, Resort and Hospitality Management or related field
  • 2-5 years of related professional experience working successfully in real estate management, design and development in luxury residential settings
  • Experience with asset portfolio management and/or project management with knowledge of residential systems and industry standards a plus
