Job Summary

Docketly (an ABC Legal company) is looking for our first Agile Coach who can help us sharpen our already existing agile teams. As we continue to grow, we want your help to ensure effective outcomes for the organization. You will be responsible for guiding teams through the implementation process and encouraging our workforce to embrace the agile method.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Coach teams at all levels of the organization, inclusive of executive leadership, on agile methodology to develop high-quality business solutions
• Ensure agile values, principles and practices are being applied within technical & operational teams
• Experience facilitating the voice of the customer, end-user story mapping, MVP, vertical slicing, user stories, problem-solving sessions, and retrospectives
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to influence peers and higher-level colleagues, raise issues and drive change to remove impediments for our teams and projects
• Ability to take initiative proactively, learn new things, be flexible and embrace change to ensure competitive advantage

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline desired
• Several years of agile organization experience
• Ability to find solutions in complex situations and involve various stakeholders
• Possesses strong critical thinking skills
• Sets high standards and inspires others to continuous improvement
• Excels at facilitating, coaching, and mentoring teams and leaders to rapidly deliver high impact, high-quality products
• Entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated, but also a team player
• Able to build a sense of trust and transparency that creates a comfortable & effective workplace
