Job DescriptionReporting to the Project Management Director, we are looking for a Project Manager, Expert to lead the delivery of critical projects that span multiple domains within our Direct-to-Consumer business. You will bridge strategic delivery and hands-on execution, ensuring our most important projects translate business strategy into measurable outcomes. You will operate with autonomy, influencing across Product, Engineering, and Operations to deliver impactful consumer experiences. You will increase delivery excellence, promote agreement, and promote continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- You will lead delivery of medium to large-scale, projects that impact multiple product areas
- You will translate our goals and OKRs into applicable delivery plans and execution milestones
- You can find and address risks early, escalating when needed
- Facilitate collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Design to refine decision-making
- You can apply Agile and iterative delivery practices to enhance speed and adaptability
- You will improve delivery frameworks, reporting methods, and team operating rhythms
- You will represent project health and progress in senior leadership updates with data-driven transparency
- Balance strategic perspective with hands-on management of complex dependencies and priorities
- You will help evolve our delivery model with Experian's Product Operating Model
Requirements
- You have 6+ years of experience managing digital product delivery within consumer tech, e-commerce, or FinTech
- You have lead programs with measurable results
- You have experience with Agile, iterative development, and modern product delivery principles
- You are an expert in managing multiple complex projects concurrently
- You are familiar with OKRs and Product Operating Models in a scaled environment
- You are experienced with the following tools: JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
- Certifications in PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM
- You have 6+ years of experience managing digital product delivery within consumer tech, e-commerce, or FinTech
- Experience with Agile, iterative development, and modern product delivery principles
- Experience managing multiple complex projects concurrently
- Familiarity with OKRs and Product Operating Models in a scaled environment
