Job Description: Project Manager Part Content Services
Summary:
Work as part of a highly motivated team to support Electronic Product Manufacturers part-related workflows. This project manager-Content Services is a central role supporting our clients' part and product critical workflows for environmental compliance, obsolescence and availability, supply chains, ESG, export controls, and others. This role is multi-pronged and includes executing content services projects, supporting sales on new opportunities, working with clients to understand new part and product requirements, and to construct solutions to address them. This is a dynamic role with a dynamic and supportive team.
Subject Matter Expertise and Currency

  • Be familiar-with and continue to develop an expertise with core issues our services projects support which may include product environmental compliance, trade data and compliance, obsolescence and availability, supply chain, part cleansing, and new client requirements and industry regulations.
  • Be familiar with or develop understanding core workflows of Electronic Product Manufacturers (Accuris Parts Group's client base)


Project Management - Project Execution

  • Lead the project team and be the primary contact for customers during content services projects
  • Run regular client meetings tracking project progress, identifying issues, and working with the client and internal Accuris team to resolve them. Plan and run the kick-off meeting.
  • Manage project technology resources such as project SharePoint site and internal and partner software we use for sourcing, assessing, and delivering content
  • Participate and often lead internal team calls in support of existing projects
  • Participate in the revenue forecasting and revenue recognition processes. This includes providing end of month proof of delivery and initiating the process for invoicing, forecasting revenue, and working with sales on sales forecasting.
  • Seek help from the team when needed.


Process Improvement and New Requirements

  • Work with the Parts team to regularly review and improve our processes and work product. Work with clients and attend industry events to understand new part-related requirements for Electronic Product Manufactures.
  • Work with our Parts Database and Applications team on new requirements, effectively using and sharing resources, and understanding new capabilities of our tools.


Partner Relationships

  • Work with content, software, and services partners to develop joint offerings and coordinate and share responsibilities at client projects. Attend regular joint meetings to track opportunities.


Sales Support

  • Strategize with account manager and other SME (subject matter experts) to develop and propose complete solutions to prospects.
  • Work with sales to prepare, qualify, develop solutions, and present and discuss with the client
  • Write SOWs (Statements of Work) for proposed projects and review with clients
  • Participate in regular internal sales and opportunity review calls and planning sessions
  • Balance multiple client engagements simultaneously and efficiently, maintaining accountability to all stakeholders


Location, Travel, and Logistics

  • Most Project Managers perform this role remote; Denver-based colleagues have the option to work in our headquarter offices or a mix
  • We work with clients and colleagues around the world including
  • Some minimal travel to tradeshows, sales support, occasional client visit; flexible


Compensation/Benefits Information (This section is only applicable to US
candidates):
Accuris states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan/sales commission plan as well as comprehensive benefits.
