The Website Product Owner will oversee the day-to-day strategy and activities for Matillion’s website, including execution of projects to improve functionality and performance across our online presence. This role is responsible for managing the ongoing development (internal / external resources) of matillion.com, to create a visually appealing site that features user-friendly design and clear navigation. This person will work closely with graphic designers, product marketers, demand generation, People Ops, and other internal stakeholders to bring to life our brand, persona based content (prospect, customer, partner, investor, job seeker, etc.) and generate leads via the website.

Functional or Technical Knowledge and Skills Required

• Essential
• 5+ years experience working with marketing teams and organizations to enhance their website presence. 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Web Design, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong background & regular hands-on experience with web and digital marketing tools, processes and strategies.
• Domain expertise in UI/UX and CRO best practices. Experience working with WordPress and its Content Management System.
• Proven ability to think AND do. 
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with sales, product and development teams. 
• Desirable
• Experience with landing page builders in one of the major marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred).
• Experience managing website design / redesign efforts from top to bottom. 
• Marketing certifications a plus.
