An Insider's view of Conga

What are some social events your company does?

We hosted our first-ever virtual "Congapalooza" event in October '20. It was a 90-minute showcase of the many talented Conganeers we have around the world, featuring artists, dancers, musicians, short-film makers, and much more. The reaction was INSANE ("proud to be a Conganeer," "what a great global team"), so we're already planning our next one!

Bob

CFO

What projects are you most excited about?

There's literally always a new challenge on the horizon and each one has something to get excited about. Anything we build that we know will make customers really happy or projects that quietly and inconspicuously improve the performance of our product are particularly fulfilling.

Dani

Senior Software Engineer

How does the company support your career growth?

I've had the pleasure to grow my career internally here at Conga. Management has been extremely supportive of my career aspirations and provides guidance with regular career check-ins. The combination of our open door policy and the company's interest in my growth has allowed me the opportunity to get the most out of my career.

Robert

Solution Architect

How do you make yourself accessible to the rest of the team?

In addition to regular All Hands meetings, I host monthly round tables for 12-15 colleagues to meet with me to discuss anything on their minds. The full exec team also hosts quarterly Open Mic sessions, where people can ask any one of us a question. We also use Teams, where I have a dedicated channel for quick updates, and, for 1:1 feedback, email.

Noel

CEO & Culture Leader

What unique initiatives do you have that encourage innovation?

In our now virtual world, we continue to encourage innovation through events like Conga's Tech Summit (Aug 2020). It featured 37 sessions and 41 presenters, with a 99% positive attendee rating. Our Customer Experience team also hosted an Ideathon (Sep 2020), where people submitted and then pitched ideas for sustainable and transformative solutions.
