VP of Growth
Denver, CO - Artifact Uprising is seeking a VP of Growth to lead both acquisition and retention channels for a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand. This is not a growth hacking role, but rather a role where you will create & oversee the development of engines that deliver long-term, profitable growth for the business. Reporting to the CMO, you will drive strategy, budgeting, planning, and execution to deliver our revenue, margin, ROI, repeat purchase & LTV objectives. Our ideal candidate has a passion for the consumer, has experience over the full customer funnel, and is adept at optimizing and measuring each step along the way. You are a strategic thinker, connecting the dots between data and financial results, and have experience building and advocating for efforts that drive the business and the team forward. You are innately curious and hungry for growth & innovation. You have a breadth of knowledge that extends beyond pure performance marketing to include customer segmentation, customer journey mapping, and retention-driving efforts. You understand the value of brand and have also figured out how to measure its impacts on the business. You are highly analytical, and love telling a story and creating actionable insights with data, but you also know how to move forward with imperfect & incomplete data. You are a holistic, integrated marketer and a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You are comfortable operating as a “player-coach,” defining strategy but also directly executing key marketing activities where needed. You are exceptional at inspiring & leading teams, and have a track record of creating a culture of excellence via prioritizing & communicating business needs, obtaining alignment, and being accountable for delivering results. You have a strong leadership presence and a proven ability to lead both directly and through influence to drive execution of a strategy in a complex organization with competing priorities.
