Vice President- Product
LogRhythm is seeking a talented, energetic, and driven Vice President of Product. We’re looking for someone that can lead our product strategy, product development, and a team of talented product managers.
This role reports directly to our CEO and a member of our senior leadership team.
As our Vice President of Product, you will be leading and defining our product mission, strategy, and team. You will be responsible for our product roadmap, product pricing, product vision, analyst relationships and product corporate strategy. Additionally, you will be responsible for building a strong product team and collaboration with engineering, CISO, finance, sales and marketing.

Here’s some of the challenge ahead;
The mission of the VP, Product Management is to lead the Product Management team in driving the product strategy and roadmap forward and improving the features and functionality of the platform to satisfy the needs of LogRhythm’s customers today and into the future. The immediate focus will be on 3 primary objectives:
- Product roadmap and requirements for the re-architecture of the platform to be a fully SaaS-based product from the ground up,
- The transformation of the product organization to embody modern agile methodologies and release cycles to support SaaS deployments, and
- Ensuring Product Management best practices are implemented from product inception through delivery across the entire Product team.
Additionally, LogRhythm seeks a true Product Management Leader. You will be someone who can inspire, motivate, and develop a world-class product management team.
Content of the Role
- Hold a seat at the senior leadership table
- Drive product strategy and execution, contributing to the definition of LogRhythm’s business strategy
- Hire, develop and retain top talent
- Further the culture of product innovation and excellence, characterized as highly collaborative, execution-focused, customer centric and high velocity
- Plan and implement product management best practices that enable the organization to scale and operate effectively at a high cadence, encouraging experimentation, fail fast philosophy, and an open, collaborative culture
- Provide clear and consistent leadership, management, and mentoring
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Engineering, Sales, Support, Marketing, Finance, etc.
- Provide product leadership and guidance in relation to build/buy decisions, acquisition opportunities, and acquisition integrations
- Be an external evangelist to the market; support the sales team; be in front of key customers
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
Essential Experience
- Senior enterprise cloud software product leader with experience delivering complex, commercially successful, mission-critical solutions to enterprise customers
- Effective at building personal trust and enthusiasm across the entire leadership team
- Deep understanding of security industry trends and competitive offerings
- Product and business depth with complex enterprise-class, commercial software product management
- Experience in quality companies known for product excellence
- Familiar with Agile development methodologies/tools and experience deploying them across end-to-end product management practices.
- A deep interest in meeting customers to develop strong relationships that improve our ability to deliver solutions that meet market and customer needs, and to articulate our product direction/strategy
- Demonstrated ability to partner with the Engineering org in a tight, collaborative way that is focused on delivering results/outcomes that have a material impact on LogRhythm and our customers
- Recognized for consistent, on-time delivery
- Noted for delivering successful products, resulting in “happy” customers
- A record of building high quality teams, consistently meeting stretch goals
