Vice President of ColoradoGives

As the Vice President of ColoradoGives you will take our existing successful technology platform and optimize it to create new products and services for both donors and nonprofits.

Responsibilities:

Take a social entrepreneurial approach to elevate the platform to the next level:

• Elevate and optimize the existing online giving tool and its programs and services
• Spearhead the development and deployment of new programs and products to fulfill the company’s mission and revenue goals
• Lead and develop a small team of two with focused attention on achieving goals in service to over 2,900 nonprofits and 100,000 donors
• Define product strategy, scope and objectives for online platform features and enhancements; employ a data-driven approach to building business cases and ROI projection; use website data to ensure program success
• Lead ColoradoGives product development and technology architecture; ensure the platform is stable, secure and maintains optimal website performance
• Partner with cross-functional, internal teams and external partners to develop and execute go-to market plans for key marketing campaigns (including ColoradoGives Day) and the successful launch of new products and services
• Work across the organization to identify when and how to use ColoradoGives and its data to support Community First Foundation’s work to engage, activate and inspire donors and achieve impact portfolio goals

• Watch the horizon and anticipate/respond to trends in online giving, market shifts, donor tools, charitable giving and donation technology

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent years of experience required
• 10+ years of relevant experience required… and we would get especially excited to have someone who has worked in a high-performance team reinventing technology!
• Deep expertise in product development from initial idea to full implementation
