Description
The Contractor - Product Specialist ensures high levels of customer and internal user satisfaction of assigned products by fostering a sustainable model for continuous improvement, expanded utilization and adoption of their products. Working under the leadership of Product Management leader for the Electronic Invoice Presentment & Payment (EIPP) portfolio, the Product Specialist delivers assigned projects supporting adjacent team optimization and improving customer Return on Investment. This role aligns stakeholders to established priorities leveraging GHX’s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Go-to-Market (GTM) and Operational processes (i.e. KCS Articles, Implementation Collateral, etc.). The Product Specialist works cross-functionally within GHX and with 3rd party service providers to drive improved outcomes and adoption for customers providing value to customer individual contributors and their executive leadership. Initiatives are prioritized based on their ability to deliver measurable improvements to customer satisfaction and result in happy referenceable accounts. Critical dependencies for this role are a passion for delivering results, driving performance excellence, innovation and process change. Self-motivation, strong work ethic, a roll-up-the-sleeves attitude, management of multiple projects simultaneously, and the ability to lead through influence. The Product Specialist is highly analytical with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This role is responsible for leading planning and coordination activities as well as developing and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with internal & external stakeholders. The candidate will have experience and comfort building and delivering optimization plans with customer and adjacent teams as well as validating success through Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) quantification and tracking.
