We are investing in and scaling our integrations team and need a solid, experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the charge.

 

The Technical Product Manager will work with our product delivery team of engineers, UX designers, data analysts and other Product Managers to deliver new features and functionality that support our vision, strategy and outcomes-based roadmap. In this role, the TPM will have the opportunity to take ownership and play a critical role in our company’s growth.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Execution of the product strategy in collaboration with Engineering and Design peers: making tradeoffs, anticipating staffing needs, risks, and ensuring frequent and clear communication internally and with customers.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for platform features, spanning across API’s, integrations, security, and platform capabilities

  • Engage directly with our customers and key stakeholders to identify pain points and needs by leading conversations

  • Serve as a point of contact for external development and integration partners

  • Establish and articulate product strategy and urgency based on various incoming sources: corporate strategy, customer feedback, engineering insight, sales requests, and market shifts

  • Specification and requirements documentation, ticket authoring, product acceptance, managing integrations product roadmap

  • Triage and prioritize bugs and provide direction for engineering and QA teams

  • Keep pulse and perspective of the competitive landscape, as well as industry standards/protocols

  • Bringing new integration capabilities to market

  • Driving our thinking and strategy regarding integrations and scaling the platform

     

What You’ll Need

  • Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, analyze tradeoffs and evaluate solutions with stakeholders.

  • Have an entrepreneurial, inquisitive, and empathetic approach to your work.

  • Demonstrate data-driven decision making and analytical thinking.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle challenges based on research, data and industry trends.

  • Proficient communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.

  • Solid sense and belief of user-centered design and intuitive UX

  • Experience crafting and delivering exceptional technical products. Deep knowledge of APIs.

  • Expertise guiding complex internal and external partners and finding creative solutions to high visibility product questions.

  • Exceptional at customer relations and communicating complex topics in simple and compelling manner

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ years of relevant work as a technical product leader, preferably in healthcare

  • Experience leading initiatives of the following: APIs, clinical integrations, third party integrations, SDK’s

  • Experience with B2B and enterprise products

We have a distributed workforce across the United States. For days you would like to work out of the office, our HQ is located in Denver's urban RiNo district within walking distance to many great restaurants, breweries and an RTD station.
