We were founded by top real estate agents across the nation and are committed to providing impeccable customer service to all of our clients. In this role you will be responsible for discovering, synthesizing, and analyzing information from a variety of sources including customers, business partners, engineers, and senior leadership.

You will:

  • write release notes to communicate product changes internally
  • bring to market products that users want, that solve a business need, and that generate value

About You

You have a strong understanding of technology and experience in a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Management role. Ideally you have experience in one of the preceding roles working on a web-based software product and have strong experience using Agile Scrum methodologies.

  • You’re a top-notch communicator
  • You seek out creative solutions when confronted with challenging problems
  • You can be detail oriented when you need to be and take pride in your work

  • You can translate engineering geek-speak into business language and vice versa
  • You love meeting with clients, understanding their needs, and translating those into actionable user stories or requirements

Required Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Management position
  • Organized and meticulous in your work
  • Ability to understand tech trends, see how they impact your roadmap, and how they drive innovation
  • Ability to understand technical challenges and make educated trade-offs with your team based on value proposition, client impact, risk, competing priorities, and meeting previous commitments
