Senior Product and Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility will be the successful implementation of Ontuitive’s suite of learning and performance support software solution
• Work closely with the clients across an array of industry sectors, including Fortune 100 companies to determine their needs, select and customize appropriate Ontuitive solutions, manage the development of new features if/when appropriate, and oversee deployment/implementation
• Manage scope, budget, resources, schedule, and client relationships to ensure customers are setup for long-term success
• Be the go-to technical resource for all things Ontuitive
• Work with account managers to support sales efforts, and work with engineers and designers for development of new or custom features
• Create, write and manage user documentation for Ontuitive’s suite of learning and performance support software solutions
• Execute internal processes to create documentation and content

Besides being highly motivated, we are looking for someone with:

• 5+ years’ experience in a customer-facing position working as a vendor to implement SaaS, including technical project management, product management, product specialist, implementation consultant, etc. 
  • Knowledge of the Learning/Performance Support Software Industry is a plus  
• Ability to take ownership over implementation and solve issues that arise during delivery with cross-functional teams
• Strong customer facing skills with a passion for delivering value and customer satisfaction, with the ability to push-back when needed
• An ability to engage with and articulate Ontuitive’s products, features and technical functionality
• An attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, organize, and operate in a fast moving, entrepreneurial start-up environment
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• An ability to travel to customer sites (up to 25%)
